SeaPort-e is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract vehicle for procuring program management, financial management, and engineering services. This vehicle is open to the Navy Systems Commands, including NAVAIR and SPAWAR.

Savvee specializes in program management, IT portfolio management, IT asset management, software development, system engineering, network centric operations, C4I support with respect to Navy air platforms, interoperability analysis, concept of operations development, DODAF architecture products, ISP development, and information exchange requirements analysis.

ASEC specializes in systems engineering, flight operations, unmanned air vehicle support, training, curriculum development, technical publications, CONOPS development, documentation review, test/exercise support, and program management support.

Quality Assurance Program

Savvee is committed to providing high quality, effective, and efficient services. Our Quality Assurance (QA) methodology embeds quality checks into project processes to ensure that audits are conducted, procedures are followed, and deliverables meet or exceed the performance requirements.

Our Program Managers are responsible for administering our QA program using Savvee-developed tools to avoid or minimize issues that lead to possible defects. All Savvee team members and work products, regardless of company affiliation, are subject to the same quality processes and inspection methods to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables.
