The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) contract is a multi-award, IDIQ vehicle with a maximum value of $1.5 billion.  PACTS may be used across all components of DHS and enables the department to acquire non-IT service solutions through four comprehensive functional categories(FCs):

•    FC1 - Program Management Support

•    FC2 - Administrative Support

•    FC3 - Clerical Support

•    FC4 - Technical Services

Savvee is one of seven firms awarded a prime contract under FC1 - Program Management Support. This Functional Category includes advisory and assistance services on administrative management issues, such as financial planning and budgeting, equity and asset management, records management, office planning, strategic and organizational planning, site selection, and business process improvement. Services under this Functional Category may also include but are not limited to those of general management consultants which provide a full range of administrative; human resource; marketing; physical distribution and logistics; or other management consulting services.
